Doctors and nurses will have the practitioner application to monitor and control
the actions taken by the patient in the patient application.

Step 1: Inclusion of the patient in the program.

Step 2: Presentation of the rehabilitation program and collection consent forms.

Step 3: The day before the operation, patient guidelines education.

Step 4: Day 0: Use of connected tools during hospitalization.

Step 5: Day 1: Check the patient's independence using the tool.

Step 6: Day 2 to Day 4: Continuation of patient guidelines at home.

Step 7: Day : Postoperative consultation and blood sampling. The patient returns his suitcase.

  • COMMUNICATION: to call (click-to-call) or send a message to the patient (push notifications, mail) ...
  • INFORMATION: to view text, photo and video tutorials.  The patient receives notification for each available set of tutorial content.
  • EVALUATION  AND PAIN ALERTS: to notify of any technical or medical alerts.
  • MEASUREMENT: to take and record measurements (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, weight).
  • QUESTIONS: to pose questions to the physician.
